Extremely impressed
Extremely impressed with the work LCCL have done for us. Communication is key in this type of work and it continued the whole way through the project. The result being a very successful extension has been built and we are incredibly pleased how everything has turned out. LCCL are professional but friendly always making sure all the different trades were working towards the same goal. My standards are high and my standards were 100% met with LCCL. Very happy indeed and would definitely recommend.

We used Lccl construction first time…
We used Lccl construction first time for our kitchen extension 2019 with a view to build a loft conversion afterwards. We just have had our loft conversion completed including bedroom, bathroom, storage loft it has Juliet balcony with velux windows to the front and skylight, kitchen extension previously build included new electrical and plumbing refit with new kitchen and understair wc, we was back then very pleased to have used Lccl construction and now finally completed the total house. Found Lccl to be polite, respectful, trustworthy, professional, the build team is also friendly we always made them tea they always asked for it :) the build completed on budget and time frame advised overall I would highly recommend.

Has completed our build successfully
Has completed successfully architect designs, planning and building control and also has built us a beautiful rear house extension. They was absolutely brilliant high quality construction received. Excellent attention to details found them to be very professional, they’ve done everything they say they would do we was able to trust and rely on Lccl construction their teams and Alexander was absolutely fantastic. Our project was design and build of a 2…
Our project was design and build of a 2 storey side and rear extension and a mansard loft conversion. We liked the approach of having everything designed and built by one company as it was easier for us to manage around our everyday lives. The design was quickly and efficiently and planning permission obtained. We were guided very well through all of the build stages and communication was excellent. Everything from the early construction stages to designing and fitting the kitchen and bathrooms. In terms of the finishing standards they were very high, every detail has been beautifully finished flooring, lighting, underfloor heating, panelling everything looks stunning.

Exceptional Home Transformation and Outstanding Project Management by LCCL
After a frustrating experience with a previous architect and contractor, I was thrilled to find and hire LCCL for my home renovation. Over 6 months, LCCL transformed my 1900s mid-terrace house from a damp, outdated space into a modern, clean home set to last another century. They handled a loft conversion, full rear extension, new patio, exterior rendering, updated doors and windows, and a complete overhaul of electrics and plumbing. LCCL provided comprehensive project management, overseeing everything from building control assessments to working with architects and structural engineers. They used high-quality materials, resulting in noticeable improvements in structural integrity and exaplined the jargon and items needed. Even when unforeseen costs arose, LCCL proactively offered solutions to stay on track. Regular updates with photos and high-quality finishes made it feel like they were working on their own home. I highly recommend LCCL and would hire them again for future projects.

House extension design and build services from LCCL construction
House extension design and build services from LCCL construction, was professional, trustworthy on time and budget. Found them to be very reliable, do as they say and make sure all is to the high standard of finish. We heavily relied on them to deliver the project successfully as we both work full time and have a daughter with no time for build, LCCL construction construction made sure all it is executed perfectly to our expectations and timelines, design took 3 months, the build itself construction part was completed very quickly within a month whole extension was build externally and internally took a other month and half including kitchens and windows which was very impressive. Would highly recommend.

Major project with LCCL Construction
We engaged with LCCL Construction to get our loft conversion and house extension project going. The whole process was explained to us in a straight forward way including how the design stages work, timescales, what to expect during the build and the costs involved. We signed up for the full architecture design and construction services as we preferred to have everything delivered by one company. Our home now has an extra bedroom, bathroom and new very large kitchen/social space. We are exceptionally happy with the quality of the build, the communication throughout all various processes and the speed and diligence with which the team worked. I know that much value has been added to our home which is a great comfort if we were to sell the gain would be greater than what we have spent, however we are so happy with the house that we intend to enjoy living in it for the foreseeable.

EXTENSION BUILT BY LCCL CONSTRUCTION
Extension built by LCCL Construction. We have just recently completed our ground floor house extension on our semi-detached home in Finchley. The services we used were for the design and build of the extension which is three meters and the full breadth of the back of the house. We also added a new patio outside the new extension and some landscaping in the garden. The design was completed nice and quickly and everything was drawn up to our satisfaction. LCCL started the building works straight after all the design stuff was done. The building works took about three months and were completed faster than we had anticipated which was very good as we can now relax in our new space. We have been very impressed by the whole process and the quality of the finished build all the finishing touches were taken care of with careful attention to detail we were also happy with the pleasant and professional team.

Design and build loft conversion
We decided to use Lccl Construction to design and build our loft conversion and we are so glad that we did. Alexander and his team have been great to deal with straightforward, professional who is good to his word.
We was also kept in touch throughout with regular updates, sign-offs with building control and craftsmanship, their architect Steven had designed the loft as per our requirements and Alexander making sure we are happy with it
Our project was delivered on time and on budget to a high standard
After all the work was completed with construction of the loft it was left clean and us very happy with all the work Lccl team has done for us
Since everything went so well with the loft conversion we are now also planning to have rear house extension built with Lccl too, mid next year
Since the loft completion we had our neighbours ask about Lccl and how we got on and my reply was that we would definitely highly recommend Lccl Construction for both design and build of loft conversion or house extension!

Great quality work, solid structures and efficientpically write reviews but…
I don't typically write reviews but felt I had to in this instance. After a painful experience with a different local architect and then another building contractor for over a year who managed rip me off and do next to nothing, after months of trying to work on the house by myself I'm very happy to have found and hired LCCL for my home.
What started nearly 3 years ago for me, in just over 6 months with LCCL, they managed to transform my damp, musky, 1900s mid-terrace house in dire need for repair into a clean and modern living space which should easily last another 100 years. Loft conversion, full rear extension, patio, outside rendering fixes, new doors and windows and complete electrics and plumbing rehaul - plus the removal of that horrible woodchip wall and ceiling interiors.
LCCL provided complete management and oversight package as I could no longer be there all the time due to work (no more lockdown rules meant back to the office we go); overseeing building control assessments, boundary wall party agreements, architects, structural engineers, bathroom and kitchen designs. They ensured they used the highest quality grade materials and trusted 3rd parties for my limited budget and the difference in quality is truly noticeable - my original extension before this was only 9 years old and yet was already crumbling compared to now which is completely solid, LCCL having fixed all house structural issues along the way.
And when costs did escalate due to many unforseen circumstances, LCCL identified and discussed options and compromises early on to keep on plan. Now don't get me wrong, there was still a fair bit of builder lingo floating about and I had to regular ask what that meant to get further clarification and understand costs which did go up with cost of materials and issues needing to be fixed. Each time however I would get a detailed explanation, whether over WhatsApp, phone-call or in-person on-site and a chance to think things through. The ever increasing cost of materials, potential issues only discovered when pulling the place apart and 20% VAT as an individual is not something for the faint of heart - plus I didn't want to make the mistake of buy-cheap buy-twice!
Great regular updates with photos via WhatsApp throughout the entire build and excellent quality finishes, they only stop with the finish as if it was their own home. Highly recommended and if I were ever to undertake any building work like this again I'd seek LCCL again.
