This involved full plumbing and electrical work, structure and roofing. Finishing is in neutral colours and natural wooden floors.
The Loft Conversion has 3 Velux Windows to front and French Doors to the rear, grey carpet finished floor. All the doors are fire rated FD30 and the smoke alarms have been installed on all the floors.
